Novenero is an independent advisory firm founded in 2012 with headquarters in Milan, which offers Transaction Advisory and Asset Management solutions, with a specific focus on the Real Estate industry and the hospitality segment.

Novenero assists the client on transactions identified with the common Core, Core +, Value Add and Opportunistic investment strategies, with the aim of maximizing financial returns.

The activity is aimed at private or institutional investors, real estate companies, developers, and hotel brands and operators in the context of real estate structured finance and m&a processes and counts on an integrated domestic and international network.

The CEO of the company is Andrea Ivancevich. Graduated in Economics with a Master of Science in Management and Corporate Finance, Andrea has gained his experience working for leading banks, investment companies and advisory firms in Milan, London and Dubai.
